Biography

Ttq3Z0Z.png Ivan
Necromancer
Cold-hearted and aloof, raising and taming the dead

Came to the Clarus Clan on July 31st, 2015

The egg seemed dead, no heart beat could be heard and the egg was cold to the touch. The father of the eggs assumed that the egg was born without a dragon in it. But the mother knew. Inside the cold egg was a dragon born with a heart of ice. Being born in the Wandering Contagion would sometimes corrupt the offspring of dragons even if the parents were not Plague born themselves. The father had been lucky not to contract a very noticeable strand of the Plague but the Plaguebringer made up for that with his son. The child would be more fit in the Southern Icefields.

Once hatched, the child was noticeably colder than his siblings. Not only was his heart made of ice but his flesh was too. His powers over necromancy were also corrupted by the Plague. He could control any body who met their fate in the cold.

Dragons greatly disliked the child. He would ignore anyone other than his mother. He would try to harm the other hatchlings just to see what would happen. After hearing that the clan had plans to throw him out, the child of ice decided to leave upon his own terms in search of a clan who could better deal with him.

Son of Florence and Lilac.

Tropical Birdskull Headdress

Unsurprisingly, Ivan's belongings and den are decked out in icy whites and pale blues. There is very little colour to be found around the Necromancer. The rare visitor spots the oddity immediately. A brilliant pink-feathered skull lying at the end of Ivan's roost. A crumpled note lies underneath the headdress, a torn corner sticking out. Clearly it was a gift which Ivan is loath to wear; simultaneously loath to part with. The next best solution, perhaps the only one for the pale Coatl, was to keep it by his bedside for the rest of his days.
