Quasar's temper is just as flashing and unpredictable as the astronomy he was named for. He is hot and cold, patient and snappish, kind and ruthless. It just depends on what mood he's in. This Imperial has great capacity for forgiveness and gentleness. Does he ever use it? Not much. Do not wrong him. He can hold a grudge for a very long time, and his favor is not easily bought back.

He assists Redshift in caring for the books of the clan. His bony paws are smooth and practiced when it comes to handling the countless scrolls and papers in Alucinari's possession. His Ice nature draws him away from any kindred closeness with Redshift, though the two get along rather well. The Imperials also remain reserved for another reason. They dare not curse the land with something worse than dark magic. They fear the chance of an Emperor.

He has an oddly tender fondness for Gwyn, though he forces himself to keep it under wraps. Quasar was the one to give her the small, elegant blue ring she always wears. As an Imperial, he cannot allow himself to love a Pearlcatcher. He can still dream about her though, right?

Quasar is devilishly charming and handsome, and could get along well with the clan if he gave himself the chance. Why get attached to dragons, knowing it could all change one day? Why risk heartbreak when it could be avoided entirely? He keeps to himself. He prefers this.
