Though he is luckily not burdened with the curse of his namesake, Midas does share the same affinity for gold, some may even describe it as an obsession. He drapes himself in the finest gold silks, surrounds himself and his home with luxurious golden items, and even appointed himself as the treasurer of the clan. Though his clanmates debated his trustworthiness, no gold has gone missing. In fact, Midas keeps detailed records of all of the clan's funds. He makes sure to spread the wealth by doting on his wife, Olympia, and keeping her stocked in golden clothes of her own.
