As the captain of the guards, Sierra is often described as a serious and fearsome dragon who will not hesitate to strike down anyone who dares to attack the Wintertide Haven. Being a leader, Sierra treats her duty very seriously and expects the same of her teammates and trainees. She values respect a lot, and as long as you respect her, she'll do the same for you.

Most of the time, Sierra appears emotionless or slightly annoyed. It is difficult to make her smile. She usually speaks only if she has something meaningful to say. And when she does, it is often blunt and straightforward. Nonetheless, if she notices that a trainee has been trying their best during training, she makes sure to compliment them on it. Similarly, if they are struggling with a particular technique, she will assist them patiently and provide encouragement. However, if they show too much complacency, or throw tantrums, she won't hesitate to discipline them accordingly. And trust me, you really don't want to see her when she's angry.

Both in and out of combat, Sierra is undeniably a beauty. Her fighting moves are graceful and swift, leaving behind as little mess as possible. Battles with her end almost as quickly as they are started. Decades of training experience has allowed her to greatly refine her fighting techniques. However, it has also hardened her heart to an extent. Having previously fought in several large-scale wars and witnessed countless deaths, Sierra believes that not all who participate will make it out alive, no matter how good they are at fighting.

Sierra's mate is a snarky Skydancer named Desolation, who is also her teammate. Not much is known about their relationship within the clan, but it is generally accepted that they are very close. Sierra states that she sees Desolation as someone whom she can rely on at all times, and values him a lot as her mate, although she says that she wishes he wasn't so snide sometimes.

On top of that, Sierra has a bitter rivalry with Minerva, the captain of the hunters. The two can never get along with each other. Their rivalry stems from an incident way back; Sierra had unintentionally caused the death of Minerva's mate during a fierce war with the Beastclans (ie. the Snowsquall War). This has caused Minerva to label her as a 'coward', something that frustrates Sierra to no end, since she firmly believes that in such battles, not everyone is expected to live.

From the 'Ask the Dragon Below You' thread:

Do you have any friends that help you with your job?

A fearsome Ridgeback clad in iron armour steps in front of the Imperial, giving her a terrifying glare. She looks mildly interested in the question posed to her and growls in a low voice, "Well, I wouldn't say Desolation helps me with my job, he's just a teammate. A terrible teammate, I must say... I end up having to help him with *his* work instead, you know." She lets out a sigh and gestures her red claws towards a fellow Skydancer beside her, apparently her mate, who rolls his eyes. He seems to elude an aura of danger, even though he hasn't uttered a word.

"Well look whose talking... I mean seriously, it's been a long time since I've heard you say more than two sentences in one go, Sierra. And *please*, don't take all the credit for yourself. I'm not *that* lazy, geez... In fact as a guard, I've fought countless more enemies than you! Also, it's a well known fact that I've never been defeated by any of my opponents so far..." The Skydancer chuckles as his adjusts his suit.

"I know full well that you've never been defeated by anyone. Well, except me. Don't tell me you've forgotten about that, Desolation." The once emotionless and serious-looking Ridgeback lets out a small, smug smile.

"If only you could smile more like this during your job. Your face itself is enough to drive away even the bravest of trainees! Sheesh, because of *you*, I have to take on a heavier workload now. Just think of how helpful those new trainees could be. But because of *you*--"

"... Shut up." The Ridgeback's face reverts back to one of terror. She sighs, indicating that she was getting bored with the conversation. The Skydancer notices her change in demeanor and smirks. He then pulls over the nearest dragon besides him.

"Hey hey! You here, you seem like you'd totally like to answer a question. Here's my question: How do you feel about your clan's leader? What's your relationship with him/her?"

From the 'Ask the Dragon Below You' thread:

How well does your clan defend itself?

"Personally, with me and my guards around, I don't see how anything can possibly threaten our clan." Sierra says monotonously. "We have undergone years of training as guards. Besides, our clan lives somewhere quite remote in the Southern Icefield, so it's uncommon for us to come across a lot of enemies. But I suppose the main reason why we're able to defend the clan so well is because we never let our guard down, even when everything seems safe. We take our jobs very seriously. You'll never know when your enemies plan to strike, after all..."

Sierra gazes coldly at the dragon beside her, her eyes devoid of any emotion. "So it's your turn, I guess. Tell me then... Do you enjoy your job in your clan? Why or why not?"
