Inspired by his father's ability to create stories, Fiore set out to do one thing: make his own words (being a famous actor) become reality. However, despite his efforts in the acting world, his charms and good looks could only make up for so much; he simply wasn't good at being serious and practicing for performances and plays, and his playboy attitude led to scandalous rumors, both of which ruined his career in many dragon regions. Finally, he found a place in Clan 7 after meeting Ethne in the marketplace and falling in love at first sight. However, she doesn't return his affections, though does find his over the top tales and theatrics to be amusing and doesn't necessarily hate his company.

A former resident of Clan Elspara, Fiore is very proud of his parents and greatly dislikes his cousin Maria's mother, despite his own mother's worship of her. This leads to him releasing that unsolved anger onto Maria, bullying her and putting her down as a way of getting back at her mother (despite Lucetta not caring at all for her "ugly" daughter).
