His father tried to teach him magic, but it became apparent very quickly that he was not suited to it. After one explosion too many, they decided that he would be better served to pursue other enterprises.
So he trained under Ademus. He learned to read wind and weather. To find safe passages through shadow, bough, and lightning. He learned to ride the updrafts of the magma vents and the low-pressure lulls created over the ice.
He has journeyed far and wide and found himself craving the adventure. He wants to see the palaces of the Gods and nothing will deter him from trying.
