Wavelength the Architek

Many would say that Wavelength appears like nothing more than a stoic, primitive fae who spends his time zipping around the camp weaving shrubbery and growing different things. But once you get to know him, you realize that what he is doing is more important than that.

Ever since he was young, Wavelength has had an extremely clever mind. Strategy was just as much of an interest as his nature magic, so he became adept at both. Planning was his top skill, and having the ability to enact his plans with magic was paired with it. A thought was hatched in his mind. If he could lead fights with his mind and magic, then why not do so?

So he would strive to become the best war strategist and general possible, and maybe one day serve under the Gladekeeper herself!

He was still a young hatchling, when one day his legs were crushed by a huge falling oak within the Viridian Labyrinth. Without his back legs, life would have been far harder for him. With his legs made useless he wasn't sure how to go on, especially with all the new pity being focused on him. He certainly couldn't go into battle either! The realities forced the young hatchling into a depression, and he slipped a mask over his face so that he could just hide behind it. The him would hide behind the mask, and he'd be better masked among his clanmates.

His mother didn't buy it, however, so she spent nights with her mate trying to figure out what to do. It took awhile before Wavelength's parents thought to travel to the barren deserts of the Shifting Expanse. They would hire a Lightning dragon to find a way to help their child.

Eventually, they came across a tinkerer who would help. Using a bunch of technology and Lightning flight crafting, Wavelength was given mechanojets that could allow him to use his back legs! Though they still weren't the best for fighting.

Upon returning home and coming of age to leave, Wavelength decided that he would need help becoming strong enough to achieve his goals even with the added assistance of his robotic legs. He left the clan, eventually coming across clan Wildwing while they were still within the Viridian Labyrinth.

There he trained in defense of his clan, using his gift with magic and his ability to organize warfare to build up the defenses of the camp in case of attack. Even after the move to Dragonhome, he continues with his work.
