A lover of the night and its various niches, perhaps Celeste would've been better off as a Shadow dragon. Celeste takes joy in growing specific fungi and plants that thrive only during the night time. These plants have various uses, but she insists on tending them alone, though often shares her findings with Porpentine. The two have an amicable rivalry and friendship regarding their research.

Another job of hers is mapping the stars, acting as a living telescope with specially adjusted eyes that see the sky above unlike any other dragons. Her eyes can read almost as much about the sky as Arcanist's telescope. However, it comes at the hefty price of sunlight being blindingly harsh, meaning she must wear tinted glasses at all times during the day lest she suffer losing her ability. It is with this ability she helps Soda in his research. Some dragons believe Celeste has seen things in the stars many dragons should never see, but she will never admit to this.

She's flighty sometimes, and tends to stay quiet to other dragons, but she's always talkative with the clan leader, Soda. She seems overly fond of Soda in odd ways. She shares his love of the stars and wishing to see beyond them. Because of her calm nature, she acts as council for Soda when his leadership duties grow to be too much on his own. It is through this avenue she's grown to be one of his most trusted confidants.

She has been taught tarot by Porpentine, and likes to make use of it in her spare time. She's shown a great proficiency for it, loving to read the cards. Her talent for it is surprisingly well-developed, much to Porp's delight. Her tellings, like those of her teacher's, are scarily accurate. That being said, Celeste is prone to much more hopeful than dire readings.
