Biography
Gardener | Outer Clan
On the very edge of the clan's boundaries, there is a diamond in the rough; a lush garden, populated by plants rarely if ever seen in this scalding region of Sornieth. The charge of this garden? A quiet Spiral named Calabash whose tone is almost as soft as her smile. It's a rare moment to find her not nestled in this little oasis, where medicinal plants are just as valued as ornamental annuals.
It is common to find the clan's Tundras & Gaolers wandering near here, and she never begrudges them a meal (though she always selects exactly what is on the menu; there will be no wanton ripping of her loves, thank you kindly). It is one of the few places above ground that Pyrezumi seems to be safe. Calabash is intensely fond of him, but she would never try to take him from his mate Dapplejack. Her respect for her fellow Nature dragons is too great for that. But she knows that hushed look he gets, where his eyelids lower not from sleepiness but from weariness, where the past lurks just behind the rickety fence you've built to keep it at bay. She knows it very, very well.
And when the conversation errs towards talk of origins and parents, of places and dragons not near the Ashfall, a troubled silence falls on her. She spends her limited free time fretting over her younger brother, Veldfire.
