Age range: early twenties A perfect combination of both his parents, Brik is hot tempered and cunningly intelligent. Though unnervingly reckless, he is apt at thinking on his feet. Sarcasm seems to be his default setting, quick to make a joke out of everything. That said, he doesn't go out of his way to be rude. He wears his banner proudly, and adheres to the code of honour it represents. He does not tolerate rule breaking, and takes the law into his own claws, making sure punishments are upheld. With his Hainu Cinder, he patrols the Clan territory, acting as an agent of law enforcement. He doesn't want to see any of his family hurt. Unfotrunately, due to his young age, some of the larger, older dragons just laugh and pat him on the head when he tries to enforce the rules. He gets quite petulant about this, coming off sometimes as a spoiled baby. He thrives in fast paced environments, and so is suited to battle. Of course, he is still in training and overestimates his abilities. He isn't weak, but thinks he is much stronger than he is and tends to pick fights because of this. He is wary and in awe of magic, and so is hesitant to learn it. Brik favours the brute force approach, like his father. Brik's hard headed risk taking prevents him from properly getting along with Thermraad, despite his aptitude for combat. It is rumoured that Brik initially took the banner to earn the Guardian's esteem, but he fiercely insists that it is something he believes in. He observes the rules his mother set almost religiously and respects her as the head of the clan. He is proud of his heritage. Being the son of the clan head, he thinks this makes him important. The one dragon he wants to protect above all others is Fleese. Brik loves him with all of his heart and adores spending time with him, despite their clashing natures. He wishes Nomex chose battle over magic and believes she would have made a cunning tactician. |
