COUNCIL grew up watching his sister descend rapidly into madness. The infection that riddled his birth clan was strong in her, and for all the intelligence he and his hatchmates inherited from their parents he was the only one capable of using it to overcome the side effects of the infection that separated them from other dragons.

COUNCIL taught himself to be civilized. Clan Ischemia's healer was instrumental in this, sharing the knowledge gained in his time in the Wind flight with the young hatchling, teaching him the rules that governed the majority of the dragon clans. He is still learning from every interaction he has with the dragons outside of his birth clan.

In an attempt to distance himself from both his hatchmates and the infection that holds him, COUNCIL has dedicated himself to peace. An adviser of sorts, he mediates feuds and arguments, listening to both parties and then offering solutions that benefit all. He is not a judge, or an absolute authority, but he is listened to more often than not. Finding a non-violent solution is, after all, his self imposed calling.
