Minutes before its siblings, a gleaming magenta eye opened in order to take in the inner walls of The Observatory around it. Still wet from the excess membrane surrounding it inside the egg, the hatchling started crawling towards a chart of the heavens made by The Arcanist himself.

In the beginning, young Lejon wanted to know everything. He wanted to know why the sky turned deep purple during the evening, how larvaes could go to butterflies, how the mighty Windsinger could fly without wings. Even the excistence of his own deity, The Arcanist, was questioned by the young imperial. There was no information too boring for the young hatchling as he and his sister ran through the many halls of The Observatory.

The twins grew older, each starting to establish their own interests. When his sister was allowed the job as a trainee down in the morgue, Lejon was offered the job as a scribe for the priests within The Observatory. It soon became apparent that not only did Lejon have a talent in writing about the spiritual wonders in this world, but also giving into it himself. He got a part time job as a diacon, something which soon evolved into a full time priesthood.

When Lucilla decided that it was time to leave the realm of the Arcanist, Lejon accepted her invitation to come with her. His journey had been blessed by the other priests and priestesses, and it was decided that Lejon was to spend an undecided amount of time as a missionary for The Arcanist and all that he stood for.

Travelling from east to west, all over Sornieth, the days turned into years for the two young siblings. Although Lejon was quite unsuccessful in his mission as a recruiter to the ranks of The Arcanist, his blessing of the passed was still greatly appreciated. Together with his sister, a trail of serenity followed the two siblings as their skills both spiritually and physcially allowed the grieving to heal. Still a scribe, every life story shared with him was written carefully down in a steadily growing collection of memoirs.

The two twins' journey came to an end in a lively Shadow lair. After being graciously offered a place to stay, Lejon and Lucilla realized that it was time to settle down and to start a more permanent lifestyle.

By now, Lejon and his sister stands for the burial and blessing of most dragons in their area, even getting visitors from other Shadow clans who wishes them to perform their services. As his sister prepares the body for the final farewell, Lejon makes sure that the dragon in question will be remembered as it deserves to. He chases down its life story, speaking to friend and foe alike. Every single thing is written beautifully down in a book, which he after the burial stacks into his private library.

A little bit more social than his sister, it isn't unusual for Lejon to hang around other dragons not related to his work. Some would say he is a flirt, others would just laugh and say he is a nutty but sweet imperial.
