Brother to Tethys, and generally in charge of caring for new hatchlings. At least, in helping them understand the importance of play in their training. He has a quick wit and a repertoire of jokes which keep everyone laughing. Has an affinity for games, especially flying kites and making colourful pinwheels with the hatchlings. He is also a toymaker and delights in creating things for young (and old) dragons to play with. Lately he's been helping the hatchlings and anyone else who wants to join in to create fabulous paper masks. Serves on the Council of Elders.
