S U M M A R Y
Kaleidoscope is an Arcane magic flunky. At a young age, he was bright with potential, showing a promising affinity for magic. However, he never much cared for it himself. The pressure to perform, to learn, to keep up with his peers, it affected his ability greatly. For the sake of his parents, he continued. As his abilities progressed, he was catching the attention of many Elder dragons wanting to take him on as an apprentice. They were able to truly see his potential, promising they could guide it and help him harness it. This was his breaking point. He could no longer handle the pressure he had put on himself, choosing to run away the night before he was to begin his apprenticeship. Not entirely sure of where to go, all he knew was he had to leave the Arcane domain if he didn't wish to be caught. To avoid the Scarred Wasteland, he traveled North, spending several days on his journey until he stumbled upon Murkbarrow Close. Something inside him was drawing him in. A voice or instinct, guiding him further into the Shadow domain. This is where he would find his new home in Wispwillow Grove. Kaleidoscope abandoned his practice in magic and began to learn the local fauna, particularly mushrooms. Now that he has comfortably made himself home, he finally feels where he belongs. Magic wasn't the only thing he abandoned, with it he was also able to get rid of his anxieties, his fears, and begin a more carefree lifestyle. T R I V I A » His favorite shroom is an Inkycap Mushroom. » He feels quite at home in Wispwillow Grove. » He's been able to learn and identify all species of mushroom in the Grove.
