Born in the distant Arcane lands, Jericho never felt at home among his fellow mages. Although he was skilled in his spell lessons, his heart was not truly in his studies. Sensing the lack of dedication in the young mirror, Elgenar pulled his son aside. "I will teach you to hunt and fight," the Guardian said in his low growl. "Your mother agrees - we cannot let your talent go to waste, and they will if you continue to pursue what you have no passion for."

Grateful for his parents' understanding, Jericho accepted this offer. He knew his parents, the leaders of his birth Clan, were busy dragons. And for this, he was impressed that his father would make time in his schedule to teach him.

As time went on, Jericho's hunting skills immensely improved. His magical Arcane abilities waned, but he made up for it with his agility and strength in battle, his patience in stalking. At last, Elgenar told his son, "I have no more to teach you."

But this was not enough for Jericho - he was eager to keep improving, and he knew there was no better way to learn than to explore Sornieth on his own. Saying farewell to his parents and his birth Clan, he packed what he needed and left. It hurt to separate from his pack, but the urge to grow as a warrior pushed him onwards. He traveled across the land until he found himself in the Earthshaker's territory. Here he found the Rosebay Clan, where he was invited to settle by the leader Chamerion, who was in need of a bodyguard for his daughter.

It was here where Jericho first laid eyes on the lovely and fierce Larkspur. And although he is strong and well-traveled, Jericho is still naive about many a dragon-thing, and often gets the short end of the stick due to this. With this in mind, he hopes that his new leader will not take advantage of him, especially considering his leader is also his lover's father. Qanuk, Jericho's new mentor in the fine arts of war and of the hunt, has no tips for him in the art of love. Fortunately, Jericho does not need any advice in this field - despite Cham's disapproval, the young lovers have been getting along well and they greatly enjoy each other's company. Sadly he got in a disagreement with the clans leader and was forced to leave that clan. He wanders for sometime after wards, fighting any beast he comes across.
