When he hatched his feathers held the stars themselves. He was named after the constellation that made itself so well known on both wings. He doesn't remember much of his birth clan, all he knows is he was whisked away by Berserker and raised by him as a sort of apprentice. He learnt how to speak well in both dragon and coatl speech and actually enjoys speaking the traditional dragon language a bit more.
True to his arcane roots, Dipper is a very curious dragon. He has to know how everything ticks! His room is filled with scrolls, books. notes, and blueprints. Curious and sassy, Dipper tends to over think things. During these times it often falls to Pacifica to set him straight. The two are sarcastic to each other but no one can mess with one or they face the wraith of the other.
Dipper cares a lot about his appearance, and is meticulous about keeping clean and wearing nice outfits. His lair is well organized (to him, at least) and he knows the location and contents of every scroll.
Of all the dragons in the clan, he hates Cipher the most. Poor Dipper is always the target of the other dragons mean spirited 'pranks'. Dipper swears that Cipher is trying to kill him!
