Rhedregon is not dangerous in the traditional sense of the word but he still has an unnerving aura around him. While he is never openly antagonistic towards anyone, you can tell that he has no qualms in using others to reach his own goals.
He is a great judge of character and can almost always tell how to sway others to his side and make them accept the deal he offers.
He has a habit of appearing to places when you least expect it. If you are in a desperate situation you can most likely find him at your side, ready to help... For a price.

"Well, hello," says the imperial, smiling. He seems friendly enough but something about his eyes makes you wary. His gaze is cold, like he were a hunter stalking his prey. You try to speak but the words get stuck in your throat.
"Don't worry," the imperial chuckles. "I know why you are here. You want something, don't you?" You nod and his smile widens.
"Well then, shall we make a deal?"
