He has such a strong love for a dragon leader. He trusts him so much as well and sent off his only son to learn under a great leader.
He will sometimes go and meet with them at night, the only time he is able to see the two dragon he cares for the most.

Has found his charge, and loves the dragon that he cares so much for. He will often leave his clan for periods of time just to stay with his family in the fire realms.
When he's back in his own lair, he tends to get lonely and quiet. He is part of the clan's patrol group, and that will take his mind off of other things, but not for long.
Honestly, he feels as if his family is slipping from him. He cares for them so much he fears that something will go wrong eventually.
Rodenick doesn't think too highly of himself, and will often stray away from his mate and children.
He will protect his loved ones for as long as he can, even if he finds out that they have started to stray on their own, he will at least be there for them at their lowest.
He will risk his life for them, there's no question in that.
Rodenick sometimes can't handle his own thoughts and emotions and sometimes takes them out on himself, and his friends will have to keep him from hurting himself more or just try to get him to talk to someone.
