Venus' talent is dancing. Balancing and sliding her pearl this way and that, she moves with fluidity of practised dancer far beyond her own age. She is graceful, even by pearlcatcher standards. She is rather forceful, however, and will block any exits before she puts on a show, forcing the audience to watch and compliment her until she is satisfied and allows them to leave. She preens herself insistently, making sure she is spotless at all times. As such, she pushes away everyone else, finding them wanting. She is far superior to them of course. Her vanity is all but encouraged by her mother, who finds it in good taste to be confident, as she puts it. If her vanity can be justified is objective, but her confidence in her dancing skills cannot. If she were to simply allow audiences in and out rather than contain them she would find that she would be valued indeed, but instead others simply hurry their steps.

Still, she finds herself rather lonely having pushed everyone else away. Dragons both young and old keep their distant, not wanting to be drawn into another performance and nor wanting to socialise, knowing it to be futile. She can only watch as the envy inside her boils as others share affection. She wonders if anyone will ever be good enough. She can only hope that someday, someone will appreciate her as much as she appreciates herself.

Venus is an entertainer by nature; one could make use of her natural abilities to entertain if it is needed. Otherwise, another path could be forged, but it would almost certainly be an unwilling one.
