Oleander

He died and rose again reform his own ashes, now living afraid of what the Starwood Strand will do to him if he returns to the true realm. A terror of becoming the monstrous dragon he used to be rises up in him every time he thinks of leaving, the fear of becoming an emperor stronger than his daring. As a result, he draws power from the Athenaeum to leave the clan's home to collect his materials.
-his fear has made him quiet and reserved, keeping only to himself to garden and make his potions.
-the Strand's souls have tied themselves to him, causing a plethora of flora to sprout from his flesh. He tries to garden now, though he is terrified that he'll burn down his plants. Occasionally, he sends the scouting teams to plant new trees in the places where he has ruined the forest.
