Nismi

Nismi has always had a flair for the theatrical.

Despite his size, his friends have always said that he's larger than life, and he likes it that way.
And as such, when he heard about Esmy's dream to create the biggest, most legendary clan that there ever was, he had to see this for himself.

When he got there, though, the clan was small- a tangle of wires and circuits, with only one dragon in the whole of it.

She was working, though, he had to give her that.
Whatever it was that she was building, she was determined.

Nismi flitted about, trying to get a sense of what he was seeing.
This was, in fact, the dragon which had caused such controversy, working a plot of land to be functional, if sparse. A few pieces stood up above the rest, diminutive, unadorned towers of copper.

But where was the glitter? Where was the polish? The... the... je ne sais quoi? (Nismi had heard that phrase before and really liked the sound of it, even if he didn't know what it meant.)

In any case, while he admired her tenacity, how could something as simple as this ever be the greatest... well... anything?

Nismi knew he had to help.
He'd add his eye for detail to her drive and together they would get this place going.

Over time, he started to realize he had feelings for Esmy. And he felt that, in her own way, she liked him too, or at least liked him being there.

Whatever the reason he had for joining onto the project to begin with, he knew why he needed to stay. Esmy was too wonderful to pass on into obscurity. He had to make sure that she was known.
