GENERAL:
Universally beloved and respected, never has a dragon of this clan had a doubt whether she should be the leader. She was the one who found the clan, and rumors claim that she is very old - perhaps as the shattering of the Pillar itself. If so, it certainly doesn't show. Skysong is a very passionate and spirited dragon, who fights for her clan alongside the King Shaderose. She is there to make sure the quality of life in the Clan is satisfactory and the head of any fight planning, to name a few of her duties. She is invested in the most of the Clan's happenings, however not as much as her mate and the King, Shaderose. Despite loving each other to death and vowing to keep each other safe no matter what, they are quite different rulers. Skysong's approach is a bit colder and more distant. She can be posh and acts like a true royalty. As much as this doesn't make her too approachable, it nets her a lot of respect. Towards strangers she is very kind, and will gladly accept worn-out travelers and thirsty beasts to rest, drink and eat before continuing their journey. She will, however, ask them to tell them stories in return, of their travels, perils and homeland. The clan will usually assemble at the Cloud Castle to hear these stories; it's a great event and most of the dragons attend each and every one. When occupied with troubling thoughts, she will let the wind carry her away and dance in the wind to clear her mind - a rare sight that is considered a sign of good luck. |

Skysong and Shaderose are inseparable, though it wasn't always so. At the first anniversary of the clan, upon being asked to tell the love story of the clan rulers time after time, she gave in and told it to her clan. Apparently, when she met Shaderose, she found him a weak coward and truly despised him. He liked her a lot, thought, and when Skysong's temper caused a fight between her and a Wildclaw four times her size, he stepped in and tried to calm the situation down. Suddenly the Wildclaw attacked and Shaderose threw himself in its way to protect Skysong, and ended up being thrown on the ground, bleeding and with bad wounds. This was the time when Skysong learned that a direct approach and violence won't solve it all. Skysong was forced to flee and, of course, took Shaderose with her, to her lair. She tended to his wounds with a great sense of guilt, and after he recovered, they started learning from each other, and eventually, dating. They had four lovely children not long after. Yachini was a silent dragon, older brother and a pacifist. They didn't meet in years. Polaris became the King in the nearby Wind clan and is making his parents proud; they meet quite often and his children joined this clan to strengthen their bond. Rosetta was a traveling oracle, very unalike her parents, however the best storyteller of the family. She bore two children and then left off to serve the Arcanist. And Vega, as the youngest one in the first nest of the leaders, was traditionally sent to the Windsinger, to bring good luck to the clan. Skysong is a passionate and dedicate lover and is overprotective over Shaderose. She is also a bit bigger than him! |

FIGHTING:
Despite her gentle looks, she is fierce in battle and prefers offense unlike her soulmate, Shaderose. She makes up for her medium-level health by dealing great portions of criticals and damage. Skysong will rush into battle, casting spells and urging other dragons to follow her lead. She will usually lift others' spirits during the battle, and though she doesn't do it gladly, if she notices that her fighters are getting hurt a lot, she will fall back and take the position of a Healer. |
BIGGEST FEAR:
This can only be speculated, but any harm being brought upon her family and/or clan is likely her biggest fear. It is very possible that making a bad decision and dooming the clan she worked so hard to build would be the worst thing of them all to her. |
