MAXIMUS (Max Lightbearer)

GENERAL:
Maximus found his true passion after, while only being three months old, he managed to make a full cave of dragons laugh with his stunts and jokes. Ever since, he devoted his life to making other dragons laugh, and learning new ways to do so. After he left his home in the Plague Clan (and the entire clan was crying from laughing too hard, because of his joke involving Dwarf Unicorns and Faes), his spirits were high - only to be crushed in The Tangled Wood. Even though he was young and plague-less, he was shunned like a vulture. Spirits low and dark thoughts troubling him, he made himself a pair of yellow contacts, to represent a Light Dragon, and successfully performed ever since. His dream is to travel the entire land and make even the Ice Dragons laugh with his wits. Under the name of Max Lightbearer, he now performs in The Windswept Plateau, and shuns anybody who tries to befriend him, afraid of being rejected again. This is why many dragons now think that he is posh and thinks highly of himself, even though Maximus is painfully lonely and would love to shed his disguise and be accepted for who he is: a lovable, mischievous dragon filled with jokes, magic tricks and sympathy. And horrible, oh, HORRIBLE puns. |

I am the only one alive…” the spiral whispered, anguish filling his face. “Stars can’t shine without darkness,” a voice whispered. “Come with me, friend.” Agrina pulled the spiral up, and brought him to a shrine. Spirits filled the place. “The spirits are still here, Maximus. And with this moment, may you always bear the light in your arms.”
