Vice is the owner of Vice’s Spices and Sundries, a shop located in the north Stone City that sells everything from spices to incense to cigars and imported liquor. Sure you could just go to the Quarter or Prizma’s to drink, but he’ll sell you a bottle to take home and enjoy at a decent price. Those who know him are continually surprised he’s doing this- previously Vice was an imperial, one who seemed to live for nothing more than doing various crimes and having bar fights. He was finally talked into doing something else with his life and he’s trying his best to enjoy and get better at it. He likes selling things with strong aromas- the smell of cinnamon, the woodsy scent of fresh cigars. He breathes it in when someone severely tests him, reminding himself of why he’s doing this in the first place. He wants to get better for his kids. He goes to Jam for lessons in how to be patient and goes to the Quarter for lessons in customer service. Funny enough a couple of them invested in his business, allowing him to expand faster. Might have been just looking after themselves there, as it meant they could just buy from his shop without the bother of importing certain things. Keeping Vice busy also means they don’t have to worry about him wrecking their casinos. Jokes on them, though, because it means he gets more money and yeah he will absolutely commit arson if those jerks cross the line. You can still buy black market items from him, but only if he trusts you enough to know that you’re not going to snitch. He supplies Etzel with more than cooking items with the uneasy understanding that said items shouldn’t be used on anyone he cares about. ▬▬ ADDITIONAL ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

-An exceptionally good father, though you will catch him at the bar teaching a toddler how to use a fork as a weapon -Does not understand why people keep giving him kids. It's because everyone knows that all you have to do is hand Vice a baby and that thing will be very well protected. It also helps keeps his head on straight and him from destroying things -He's trying really, really hard to be patient and lean into the whole 'house dad' life. -Every import in the cities come from Jack and Vice, despite how others may despise it (namely the Quarter). You don't get anything through without them noticing.
