Role: Head combat instructor, former royal guard
Nicknames: TwiNe (pronounced Te-why-knee) by close friends, Ether by association members.

Info: Being a childhood friend of Verakyria and also the very first guard employed by Oratheos, many consider TwistingNether to be the unofficial third leader of the Association. He is currently realising his dream of training young dragons in the art of combat. His training methods are sometimes questionable and often extreme, but many find his ways, in the end, to be eye opening and inspiring.
Despite popular belief, TwistingNether only recently became acquainted with the three Polemos brothers, meaning that he was hesitant at first to hand over his position as the royal protector, but in the end realising that he is beyond his time, TwistingNether has now retired and is happily running the Association's first combat institute (which has yet to be named but since it's the only combat institute, it is relatively easy to know which one a dragon is referring to).
“Well aren’t you a cheery young hatchling, why don’t you join the Grand Academy of Filos, Third combat division, under My tutelage? The name is a work in progress. Not the fighting type? No worries, we’ll be sure to find a fine supporting role for you? Not into combat at all are you? Oh you’re just here to interview me? I see, I see. I may be old in your eyes but trust me, by no means am I slow or weak. If you need help at anytime, don’t hesitate to call me or any member of my great academic ummm what was it called again? Oh you know which one, don’t make me say it, you know? The only combat school! Oh I really need to work on that name.”
