Biography
YACOOV
Lead Soldier/ Military Trainer
Lead Soldier/ Military Trainer
Yacoov grew up under the best of soldiers. He heard nothing but praise about his father during the glory days. Which was why he decided he would be even better than him.
Training under Alwyn since he could fly, Yacoov learned everything the elder had to offer him. The different ways of fighting, the strategies, the way that each flight had a weak spot. He absorbed the knowledge like a sponge.
When the time came, Yacoov went into his first battle. It was an easy one, a very successful one. Doing this again and again, victory atop of victory, he slowly began to gain the fame that his father had given up. More and more dragons sided with him, not Alwyn. Soon, Alwyn was a thing of the past. He was the present. He was the leader of the clan of Warring Impurity’s soldiers. He was a legend.
Soon, he fell in love with a female warrior skydancer that had come from the Arcane flight named Quisaadi. She was strong, fast, agile, and strikingly beautiful. He put on his best persona and went about courting her, eventually getting her into a mateship. They quickly had children, two staying and one leaving to serve the Plaguebringer. Yacoov saw not the children that they had created out of love, but soldiers that two well built killing machines had created. Quisaadi was disgusted, and fled the clan, and him.
He raised the dragons in the way of war. Galen listened, becoming the soldier Yacoov knew he could. Celena, however, became a spy for the clan, using her Toridae appearance to blend in with surroundings. While Celena did not embrace her heratige, Galen did, and Yacoov pushed him to the breaking point day after day, hell bent on making Galen as good as him, but not better. No. He still wished for the fame. But that quickly went away as Galen began to replace him, as he did his father. His glory days, like his father’s, were a thing of the past.
