Nym is a gentle soul. He was brought to the clan as a young dragon, shortly out of hatchling-hood and very new to the world. We believe our familiars sensed a kindness in him that is not often found in dragons, and immediately took to him; often flocking around him to vie for his attention. The familiars that took most to him were the non-Beastclan ones, the more animal ones, the herd-creatures. And so, Nym made his own herd.

As our bestiary has grown, Nym has developed ways to communicate and calm skittish creatures. He mainly takes care of the ones we keep for materials, such as the ones who produce silks and other cloths for our artisans. This led him to meet Ko, who was doing her required time to thank the animals who supply materials for her art. They bonded quickly as young dragons are wont to do and a courtship soon emerged.

They have since had two daughters who have stayed with the clan; Chiana and Adelie. Both dragons are close with their father, as he did most of the caretaking when they were young.
