| He was born to Georgi, the War Chief of the Masters of the Bone, and Hydrangea. His golden yellow wings are what earned him his name Solkysst; sun kissed. Solkysst was an rambunctious and ever curious child; asking endless questions and trying to escape his nest to explore their home above the clouds. He didn't have much affinity for arcane magic, but that didn't stop him from learning as much as he could. He grew a rather happy childhood; free from strife or worry. There was nothing better to him than seeing how high he could fly, racing against his siblings. It was when he'd grown into an young dragon that his mother passed away after having her last egg. After that his siblings all drifted away, leaving home in search of clans of their own. Solkyyst found himself with the desire to leave. He'd learned all that he could from his birth clan, and it was time for him to set out on his adventure. With an teary farewell to his clan and father, Solkyyst flew the coop and into the wide world. For months he travelled far and wide, meeting all kinds of dragons and creatures he had never seen before. When he did settle, it was surprisingly not too far from his old home. |

It took him some time before he wandered onto a spotless beach, entranced by the strange ruins he discovered there. An crumbled wall, decorated with a mural of the Tide Lord. Despite its age, the mural was well kept and Solkyyst figured someone must be taking care of it regularly. He waited, observing the beach for hours, for any sign of life. When he did in fact spot some dragons, returning from hunting and foraging on land, there catches stuffed away into waterproof sacks, he watched amazed as they all waded into the ocean and vanished from sight. Curious, he followed, and what he found delighted him. A magnificent temple stood beneath the waves. Being unable to breathe for long underwater, Solkyyst swam as fast and hard as he could, desperate to reach the temple. He was quickly spotted, but to his relief, he was rushed into the temple, gasping in surprise as he found he could breathe! The temple had harnessed magic to create oxygen within its walls. He was quickly brought before the queen of the clan, Aphrosa; and granted permission to stay with them for as long as he liked. The queen was impressed with him for figuring out their temple was under the water, and let him walk the halls without complaint. The more he explored, and the more he conversed with the clan, who called themselves the Ward's of the Waves, the more Solkyyst began to feel at home. This place felt right. He requested permission to join the clan, and to his joy, it was accepted. To be welcomed as a fully fledged member of their clan, Solkyyst had to go through a ceremony, declaring his loyalty to the Tide Lord and the ocean; afterwards granted the ability to breathe underwater. This excited him greatly, as he had been longingly watching the water dragons race each other or play shark tag from the temples clear windows. Now he could join in their fun, and his swimming grew as strong as any water born dragon. In this time, his former clan and the Wards of the Waves had struck up an alliance, in hopes of curing the terrible curse that befell their former queen;Salacia. Solkyyst reunited with his father several times, eagerly telling him of all the things he had seen and learned on his travels. To his relief, his father had found love with Charlie, the Master of the Bone's strategist. Solkyyst was happy for his father, glad he had been able to move on from his now deceased mother.
