Xander
Curious + Stubborn + Workaholic
Xander, or "X", as some call him, is a skilled alchemist. Like any alchemist might, however, he has had the occasional disastrous accident in his work, one of which was responsible for the scars he now has all over his body. He is a stubborn dragon who sticks to his beliefs in any situation and won't let anyone tell him otherwise. He is also naturally very curious, and thus does a lot of bizarre experiments just to see what will happen. He often sends his familiar out to retrieve ingredients for him, but the creature is every bit as stubborn as its master and will most often refuse to go if it is already doing something else, like grooming itself or trying to nap. Xander spends countless hours hunched over a desk or cauldron, performing experiments and recording the results, often leading to other dragons barging into his lair to check on him simply to see if he's alright since they haven't seen him for such long periods of time. He has learned to tolerate these intrusions, even if they come at a bad time.
