Otohime

Madame Otohime is the unquestionable leader of Clan Cosmoplation. She is a fair and just ruler who likes to interact with the little ones in the Clan. Her name is Japanese and translates to "Lady Bountiful Soul".

Otohime has been clan leader ever since she came to the clan as a young hatchling. She is a wise, insightful, charming, and quick-tempered dragoness but she seems to... drift off in her experimental fantasies. She imagines things such as creating Emperors of her loyal Imperials as she knows her orders go without further question and every dragon sees her wishes as blessings. She has a love for reading and writing which was sparked from a short-term memory condition which led her to have to write down everything to remember. She spends most of her time in her extensive library full of journals and books which are read by all dragons of the clan.

She is very curious and loves to collect oddities of nature which she keeps in her museum that consists of the first 3 floors of her castle. A wide category that she likes to favor is different minerals and gemstones, especially the ones associated with magics or other things of the sort.
