 ANVIL is an atypical example of his breed, displaying little of the savagery his kind is known for. He takes after his father, the soothing embrace of his light nature having gentled ANVIL while he was still in the egg. Silver and steel, it's as if one of the gods reached out and touched him, giving him an uncommon talent with metal and stone which he turns to great advantage in the forge.

He prefers crafting to hunting or patrolling, often trading for his food instead of acquiring it himself. He specializes in delicate work, fine armors and tools, although his favorite thing to make are chains. He decorates his lair in them, criss-crossed across his ceiling in interesting patterns, leaving them trailing down the walls. He even has them wrapped around his limbs and the sound of the links shifting alerts his clanmates to his passing.

His constant companion is his Clouddancer, NAME, who he saved from death at the hands of a hunting party when she was just a hatchling. She helps him around the forge, bringing him tools as he asks for them and fanning the fire for him, more useful than any bellows.
