Hypnos

As a pretty Lazy dragon, the only thing that got him out of his old clan was his need to find his charge. Hypnos came to the stellar clan around the same time as Ssej. Though somewhat obsessed with naps, he did not miss the occasional glances of the silent female. He ignored them though, having no interest in anything but his charge, which just so happened to be a young Hippogriff that he found injured near the stellar clan. Gaining it's trust, the dragon nursed the Hippogriff back to health. Learning of Vhandor's cause, Hypnos decided to stay. It was a perfect clan for him to protect his charge and sleep all he wanted at the same time. Peace was a good thing to him. During one flight with his friend and charge, the two got a little too close to the Scarred Wasteland. The plague dragons in the area thought to test themselves against the Guardian and Hippogriff. Hypnos though, was not the best fighter. In a matter of moments, Hypnos was left shielding the injured hippogriff under his wings. Unable to flee with the odds, desperate to save his charge, it came as a surprise when Ssej showed up and took on the assault. As the 3 plague dragons fled the more dangerous Gaurdian, the female walked up to the injured duo and stared strait into Hypnos's eyes, speaking with a resolved yet soft voice. "You are my charge. From now on, please rely on me to protect you both." Ssej helped the two back to the clan and remained by their side until they were healed. During one of those nights, the male looked upon the innocent sleeping form of the female who was strong enough to take on 3 dragons to protect him... and even his charge... and found that he didn't want to make her get into danger again for their sake. Though he found it tiring, Hypnos asked Ssej to train him in at least some defense so he wasn't so much of a burden to her. Not long after, he asked her to be his mate. The hippogriff, finding his friend to be happy, approved of their joining. Left with a limp now, the hippogriff settled into a more passive role of playing and teaching the hatchlings of the clan. Nothing is a better for hatchlings to learn the value other species of creatures, especially Beastclans, than having one of them as a friend and teacher after all.
