Arsenic is very devoted to the Plaguebringer and is constantly seeking her favor as well as doing what he can to further her cause. He came over when he heard that the Clan had some Plague dragons and decided to become like a priest of sorts for them and to any others that would seek out the Plague way.

As per his devotion, he deliberately got himself infected by Rotclaw and while normally parasitic towards non Plague dragons, it actually acts in symbiosis for most Plague dragons. He also got himself bitten by a snake to inflict gembond on himself-both again to prove he can survive such a thing as well as using it in a positive way for natural defense. Then he stuck several runes on his body to better amplify his magic.

He enjoys using magics and Spira keeps a close eye on him. He's actually quite good natured and gets along with most of the Clan-even those who he'd consider to be mortal enemies due to their element. Despite this, he works hard at his magic to not only try to strengthen its potency but to also strengthen Plague magic overall.

Digit is often secretly cataloging what Arsenic does, as he doesn't want something that's unable to be cured created. Arsenic though does care for his Clan and would defend it unless the Plaguebringer herself said that the Clan was her enemy and to be destroyed. He's also careful about what he makes from magic; seeking to do so far away from the Clan.

Pulse and Arsenic do not get along as Pulse will try to start something with him. Pulse is upset that another Plague Imperial came to the Clan and he's feeling territorial. Arsenic refuses to fight him unless in defense due to being of the same element and now of the same Clan. The Main 3 had to get involved to tell Pulse to knock it off or he'd be kicked out of the Clan. It was Caide that told them as he was concerned about how Pulse was behaving and feared a return to his old ways.
