Cudo

Cudo, a master blacksmith allied with the Rebel faction of the Fire Flight's blacksmiths against the Grand Circle of Forgemasters, officially called the Magmablood Rebellion. Cudo himself is not presently part of the rebel faction, due to the clan's rules stating that there will not be official sides taken in the argument, but Cudo has aligned himself with the rebels, along with a number of other members of the clan.

Through long toils, exposure to the magical magma generally called the Flamecaller's Blood or Magmablood, and perhaps other events that he refuses to speak of, Cudo himself has become an almost living incarnation of flames. While he can tamp down the heat to make his presence more comfortable for others around him, he cannot douse it without extreme health risks, and has generally become a living furnace. He is responsible for overseeing the production of metal goods for his clan, and generally leads the younger smiths, when not producing masterworks of his own. It's very well understood, at least internally, that every masterwork coming out of the clan had his claw somewhere in the crafting process, even if only to ensure the quality of the finished product.

He does do commissioned works for other clans and lairs, but with the understanding that what he makes will be heavily enchanted to prevent it from being turned back against the maker, himself, or the rest of his clan.
