PERSONALITY Adrien is the eldest of his clutch and the most aloof. He prefers to spend his time alone with books and manuscripts and his own thoughts rather than in the company of other dragons. He speaks very little, but when he does his words carry deep meaning and despite his age he is taken seriously by the older dragons of the clan. He has recently expressed interest in learning the art of translation and recording, and Archimedes and Eudocia, the clan's Lorekeeper and Recorder respectively, have agreed to oversee his training. ABOUT It seemed almost fitting, since the other clutch hatched the same day consisted of entirely females, that the second one should be entirely male. Absinthe and Aleister breathed a sigh of relief when their sons had finally struggled forth from their eggs, and had spirited them away from the nestkeepers Betony and Matteo to care from them in their own carefully constructed hideaway within the temple. Adrien does not socialise much, but he has found his calling in the clan. He assists Radiance with her project. Whilst he sees little merit in her undertaking, he hopes that whatever knowledge they can unearth will prove useful in the future. Secretly, he wonders if the little fae is mad, reaching for godhood. It has done the deities very little good to live forever, and even mortal dragons are in little danger of death, bar that of warfare. Regardless, it is good to put his talents to the test, and the compliments he receives from onlookers aren't a bad thing. Their relationship certainly isn't warm but it is good to see another dragon on par with his intelligence- even if she is a little mad. In recent times, the clan has become more paranoid, and Adrien has been no exception. Radiance seems more unhinged than ever, and Adrien can feel the ill will of the clan surround him and overwhelm him.
