Baron Twogogglehat is, among other things, the local self-professed villain. He enjoys excellent (physical) health, but went a little off the deep end after years of everyone assuming his pale coloration meant he was sickly. To this day he is apt to shout, “I FEEL FINE!” if he sees anyone looking in his direction. He wears a brightly-colored accent which was the gift of a past mate, Angel. His early home life may have been no help at all as his parents both appear more than a little ambivalent in their allegiance, Light or Dark.

He joined this clan many years ago under somewhat questionable circumstances--treasure may have changed hands--and immediately started keeping to himself, spending days at a time in his chemistry lab mixing up goodness knows what (but it smells awful) and building clickety-clacking gear-driven machinery that never seems to actually do anything. Bangs, thumps, and puffs of variously colored smoke often escape into the corridor outside, along with the occasional manifestation of ball lightning. Nobody else wants to den too close to his quarters, which suits him quite well. He cooks his own meals, often rather badly, and drinks vast amounts of tarry-looking tea from a pot that never gets dumped out or washed. He has an absolute horror of gray cats.

Despite his stated intention to take over the world, he somehow never really seems to get around to it. After keeping an uneasy eye on him the first year or so, the clan leaders decided that so long as he isn't hurting anyone, he can just be himself. However, there is a little understanding with Amevi and Yii, just in case ….
