Personality:Melissa is quite a recluse, but only because she has trouble expressing herself, leading to one too many awkward social interactions. Despite this, she can be bright and bubbly should she feel accepted into your circle. She does like to be social when she can, and is always willing to listen and chat with others, no matter how superficial the conversation. Melissa does have a very apparent fault, and that is her arrogance and cynical attitude. This attitude only exists because of her nativity to others' true natures, though.
Melissa's biggest fear is losing her memories, or otherwise not knowing something of importance. She spends her days reading books and exploring The Ruins looking for answers to questions she herself has never even asked. Yet, she is a wimp, and dare not leave the den without Watchful, Heed, or her pet Bumble, Ray.
History: When Melissa was found on the outskirts of the Tangled Wood. When brought back to the clan, Celeste was to take care of her, and saw a vision, not unlike those he had for his own children. While unable to remember the details, he knew it was more than 'she will have butterflies for dinner!' and convinced the leader to keep the child. Afraid of her unclear destiny no one, not even Celeste, felt comfortable taking her on as their adoptive child, so Melissa was rather raised by the clan as a whole.
