Biography

"Shade to shade, dust to dust."
A skydancer of unknown origin. Kainan is believed to have been a mirror stolen as an egg by a Harpy tribe. Much of Kainan's past is unknown, and he seeks to keep it that way. Many rumors circulate endlessly about this odd dragon. The most common rumor is that he is a survivor of an Ice clan run of their territory long ago that deserted his clan in its time of need. Other rumors include that he is a shade infested spy for the shade, another states that he stole a forbidden book from the Arcanist, and another is that he was hired by the harpies to spy on dragons before the Siege of Euxenite. None of these rumors seem to have any merit, yet they remain in circulation wherever Kainan travels.
Kainan travels with his mate, Basil. He refuses to travel far without her presence. The two dragons seem to have a deep affinity for each other. It is believed they met as juveniles before they both started on their careers.
