Jophiel

"the Yellow Ray of Wisdom, Illumination, and Constancy" swift and tactical fighting skills earned his place as protector/guardian of clan. strength is rivaled only by Dina, his fellow warrior and partner. Can seem distant due to his monotonous demeanor and stilted speech (he speaks in as few words as possible) but he cares very deeply for the clan and shows this through his actions instead of his words- he would willingly and without hesitation give up himself entirely if it meant protecting any of the clan's members. Jophiel is especially protective over Dina, although he recognizes that she is not weak and more than capable on her own- his anxieties are rooted not in her shortcomings, but in his own. Though their personalities are opposing, they have lived for so long entwined with each other that he cannot imagine existing without her. This fear inspires a protective streak that the rest of the clan often teases him about.

The teasing, however, is ultimately unsatisfying, as Jophiel rarely jokes and is no fun to get a rise out of. Really, it's a shame.
