Technically, Gale's job is to patrol the clan's borders for intruders. In practice, she spends a disproportionate amount of her time in Ask's lab, watching the hatchlings that flock to her mate (despite allegedly being under supervision elsewhere...) and making sure none of them injure themselves with open flames, fragile glassware, poisons, nonprescribed medicines, or any other miscellaneous hazards they might discover under the chemist's nose.

She's been trying to convince Embla to invest in a few secure child safety locks. It's a lost cause. 		982.png
