Quill has always been interested in everything that came before him. As a young hatchling he was either found reading history scrolls or asking his elders questions. He wrote scroll upon scroll with notes from his studying, and later he turned them into detailed history books. He has never been interested in selling his work, but he has nothing against sharing. History is meant to be remembered, and he refuses to be one who hides away knowledge.

Quill is a quiet dragon, but that does not mean he does not listen. He listens and he learns, taking in new information with a critical ear. To him it is important to not just believe anything he hears or reads. A historian must be critical and impartial to be able to find the truth.
