Gore
(GOR) Of the Festering Legion
|
Personality: - When Valtari found the coatl on the warpath during one of the Legion's numerous campaigns, the battalion had just finished the slaughter of another small rebel faction originating from the Wyrmwound. He was hurying past the mangled corpse of an armored Wildclaw when some movement caught his eye. Thinking it to be the death throes of of his would-be enemy, the Nocturne stopped to finish the fallen dragon off. However, upon approching his foe, he realized that the wildclaw was in fact dead, but something was writhing amongst the blood and entrails within its chest cavity. Valtari snatched it out and beheld, of all things, a Coatl hatchling. The young dragon swallowed a bloody chunk of flesh, blinked its double set of eyelids across its crimson eyes at the warrior and screeched a single sound- "GOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRR....." In a split-second decision, Valtari quickly set off again to catch up with his battalion with the curious creature in tow. Upon return to the clan, Maugrim surprisingly let the hatchling live and Valtari proceeded to personally train the young Coatl, along with Pandora and Bellatrix, in the art of combat. As he grew into an adult, Gore did eventually learn to speak the common tongue. But without fail, when the bloodlust took him in battle, he seemed to only be able to utter his namesake as he slew those who stood before him indiscriminately. "Goooooorrrrrrre, goooore, GOOOOOOOOOORRRRRR!"
