Massif : the stone crafted

Born as a Snapper with a birth defect, Massif was taken in by Vehemence to work on her genetic coding. By rebuilding him as a Guardian, Vehemence transformed him into a perfectly functional dragon - though he is a little on the small side. Being so young at the time, Massif also developed the need to find a charge, and before he was even grown, Massif decided it was Null and decided to train up to serve the Node as a battle-scout in order to protect him.

He quickly found a mate in Envy even though he rarely speaks, usually grunting or making vague signals to communicate - she found this amusing. He was perfectly aware at the time that his mate was also sharing nests with Null, but he did not mind.

He moves slowly with his belly close to the ground - like a Snapper, even though was not a Snapper for long. Surprisingly, he is a super fast flier.

It took him quite some time to realise it, but Null was not his charge. He pent quite some time denying his need to start a proper search, but it made him miserable and strained his relationship with Envy to the point she only took Null to nest. He did not really have anyone else.

It was time to move on then.
