Biography
Isamu was found on the clan's long journey from Starfall Isles to Shifting Expanse. He seemed distressed, but remained entirely mute, despite the fae of the clan attempting communication. Instead, he strummed on the harp that he carried with him, before handing Bramble a note. Bramble read it, confused.
Unfortunately, it didn't explain anything further. Bramble attempted communication again, but the other fae's strumming of the harp grew more intense and distressed until she gave up. All she learned was that his name was Isamu, and that he possibly had a mate at some point in the past. She invited the vulnerable dragon to join them, not wanting to leave him out in the wilderness by himself.
With the clan finding a home, Isamu slowly began to fit in. He never attempted to talk, but he would always answer any questions with flashes from his lanturn or strums on his harp. Some members of the clan claim to understand him, particularly the more musical tundras, Nephin and Amberglass, and the ever knowledgeable Isato.
Isamu finds great comfort in staying near the silent Mieu. He is often found perching on her head and playing her gentle music as she sits and contemplates. He also enjoys listening in on the tundras stories, and will be occasionally invited to help with the background music, although such attention can make him shy.
Mmm?
Ack, sorry, snacking on some insects here.
I'm Isamu. Not sure what it means, but whatever.
My mate's Sayuri, she's sweet and all, but most of the time I don't know how to respond. I'm not that...responsive to such acts.
You're going? Have a safe trip.
