A particularly unnatural looking dragon who often appears to be made of nothing more than water. Cetophos seems to embody the murky depths of the rivers and lakes found in the Tangled Wood, and when he disappears beneath the water's surface all that remains visible are his bright violet eyes. Despite his unnerving appearance and oddly sharp set of teeth, Cetophos isn't nearly as frightening as he looks. In fact, he's incredibly social and by and large friendly to everything and one he meets.

As far as anyone seems to know he simply rose out of a nearby river one day and followed Avon-Kei back to the main body of the clan. He kept showing up again and again, sometimes staying just for a brief time and sometimes staying for the night. Eventually, he simply integrated into the clan, and by now everyone greets him like an old friend. He still chooses to live within the shadowed waters rather than on dry land, but it doesn't make him any less a part of Nocte.
