With all the free time Aleuticum has, she tends to go out and collect plants and dead things to use in the making of potions and poisons. Although she's not particularly powerful by herself, her clever use of poisons can make her a deadly opponent. However, she isn't much for fighting regardless, and instead sells what she makes to others for their own use. Poisons are sold strictly in-clan, on the off chance that others would try to use them against her clan. She does have antidotes for all her poisons, but better safe than sorry. Bloodletter appreciates her foresight, and sends her to other clans to sell her wares when the clan could use some extra treasure.
