Broil

Broil set out from base with Decay, thinking it the logical decision. she could scout with her senses, and if something tried to assault them, Decay was ready and eager for a fight. As they traveled though she found what her senses fed back about the area was eiree gloom and fear. There had been a lot of terror here recently and something had indeed happened here. Dragons she sensed had been hurt, trapped some how. She caught strange flickers of what looked like their friends in the distance. Fleeing something unseen and then dissappearing suddenly.

How could this have happened to a clan of almost stricktly trained warriors? Kind souls who happily took in dragons and helped them learn how to fight and defend them selves? She started to wonder... what chance did they really stand? If whatever had taken their friends; their trained and skilled friends, what chance did a loft living skydancer and a scrappy untrained mirror stand against it? trapped in her own paranoid thoughts, she glanced quickly over her shoulder and screamed at the sight there, in the shadows it appeared her companion and friend here to help protect her had been beheaded! In her panic she let go of where she had twined her tail with Decays so they might not loose eachother and fled as fast as she could. She had to leave, and flee quickly or whatever had killed her friend would surely get her next!
