Maplings are the loyal servants and messengers of the Shadowbinder. It is their duty to collect these leaves with their secrets and bring them to the Mother of Night.

These tiny dragons mimic the leaves tumbling on the breeze. They use their magic abilities to control the wind. This is how they carry and deliver their leaves to the bottomless pool in the Forum of the Obscured Crescent, where the Shadowbinder dwells.
