Pride

Seemingly as laid back as his mate Glory. Pride is at ease in even the most stressful situations. You would think that nothing would ruffle this dragon's wings. He tirelessly works beside his partner as she cares for the needs of others and genuinely enjoys caring for the hatchlings whether theirs or not. Pride is protective over his gentler mate Glory. Though he tries not to be obvious about it. His initial infatuation of her, had deepened into a lasting love. Truthfully he doesn't understand why others seem to feel smothered if in the presence of their partners for long periods of the day. Though he has his own space for painting and other hobbies, he is perfectly happy to be near Pride. Even if it is in a comfortable silence, as she sits back to read while he paints.


The fire that burns in his eyes shows a different side of him. His fervor comes out in his artwork. Pride throws himself into his paintings, his firey passion for those around him fueling his creativity. Pride enjoys the process of mixing his own paints. Experimenting with pigments made from many sources ranging from powdered gemstones to flower petals. Recently he has even been asking Coliseum fighters to bring back vials of Unicorn glitter and various dusts. Even taking scales from various creatures to see what affect he gets from grinding them down.
