Vinn was purchased in the Auction House as a mate for Auricle. Both dragons are happy with the pairing, and Kris is very excited to see their offspring. Even with all the drama between Sundancer, Palaemon and Eurynome, Hallow is also interested in seeing the outcome of this pairing.

Vinn and Auricle are both very sweet dragons, although Vinn is a bit more hyperactive than his mate. Both are extremely chatty, but where Auricle enjoys gossip, Vinn loves spitting out random facts to whoever is within earshot, although that is a loose requirement. "Facts" is also a loose term as Vinn seems to make up about 83% of them on the spot. As wrong as he usually is, Vinn is quite good at coming up with random theories at any given moment. Kris has gone so far as to ask him questions while he is sleeping. To her astonishment, Vinn is able to answer every single one, although he usually ends up tying himself in a knot while doing so. No one can explain why that happens as it only occurs when Vinn talks in his sleep. Djinn makes a point of talking to Vinn while he is asleep.
